| Description | An Egyptian Saudi agreement was recently signed in Cairo on the bilateral cooperation while exploiting their minerals wealth & derivatives. Agreement was concluded between the Egyptian General Authority for Geological Survey & Mining Projects, and the Saudi Geological Survey Authority. Agreement provides for establishing joint venture companies of both countries for the exploration & exploitation of minerals in either country. [ Earlier media reports indicated that Saudi Arabia disposes on huge mining projects potential particularly for the extraction & processing of phosphate & bauxite supported by a multibillion plan now proceeding to link extraction locations via a railways network all over the Kingdom ] |
