| Description | Lufthansa of Germany has revealed plans to invest in a cargo village project with annexed cold store facility at Al Alamein airport. Project is coordinated with the Alamein Airport Developer, Kato Group, of Dr. Ibrahim Kamel, and goes under $ 40 million estimated investments. It is scheduled for completion by the end of 2005. Project would greatly enhance the airport operations, particularly the cargo operations. Dr. Kamel said project plans are prepared according to Lufthansa requirements. |
