| Description | General Authority for International Trade Fairs & Exhibitions has offered 40,000 M2 land of Cairo fairs ground to potential investors for exploitation under B.O.T. The Authority said the lot is suitable for a hotel project, not less than 3 stars, a commercial shopping complex, restaurants & cafeterias complex, an integrated recreational area & a services complex to support international exhibitions. Detailed conditions and information are to get from the Authority offices in Nasr City, Cairo, against L.E. 1,000. Offers & proposals, accompanied with L.E. 50,000 seriousness bond are to submit not later than 8/1/2004. Invitation directed to both local & international investors. |
