| Description | According to the Chairman of the Geological Survey Authority, Geologist Abul Hassan Abdel Raouf, $ 41.5 million project was recently licensed in Marsa Alam, on the Red Sea, to produce annually 800,000 tons of titanium. Project will be located 30 Km to the north of Marsa Alam City and depends mainly on the sufficiently available mineral deposits at the area. The official revealed that almost 75 % of the outputs are planned for export. |
