| Description | Seven tenders requesting offers from consulting offices to prepare the required studies & evaluation of the work of the Central Unit for Institutional Reform including (a) analysis of the Ministry organizational structure & searching for means to consolidate it, (b) searching for means & mechanisms to finance activities & services of the so called Water Users Societies, (c) determining the training frame works & training needs related to the institutional reform, (d) design of relevant guidance & awareness development programs, (e) developing & proposing of means & mechanisms to improve cooperation, coordination & information exchange within the Ministry to support the institutional reform, (f) studying the potential & possibilities of the institutional reform at the Mechanical & Electrical Dept., also (g) assisting the committee concerned with the drawing of the executive regulations of law 12 regulating the country water resources. Pre bid meeting will be held on 7/24/2004 at the Central Unit offices on 10 a.m. to answer any inquiries. |
