| Description | An L.E. 55 million urgent & integrated project was recently endorsed by Dr. Farouk Hosni, Minister of Culture, to rescue Luxor & Karnak temples from under ground water damages. According to Dr. Zahi Hawwas, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Antiquities, project would be implemented in cooperation with a highly specialized Swedish International Co. Project is of extreme high level technology since traditional dewatering works below either temple could cause great damages. |
