| Description | Two new agreements were recently signed with BP - British Petroleum of the UK and RWE of Germany for petroleum exploration & exploitation concessions at the Suez Gulf and in Nile Delta under $ 27 million committed investments & $ 1 million signature bonus. The first, signed with BP covers 10 KM2 area on the Suez Gulf, provides for the drilling of 2 wells under $ 7 million investments and $ 250,000 signature bonus. As to the second, signed with RWE, so it covers 5,500 Km2 area at Dessouk zone within Nile Delta & provides for the drilling of 7 wells under $ 20 million investments and $ 750,000 signature bonus. |
