| Description | Egypt Air has announced a L.E. 5 million call center project to improve its customers service operations. According to Mr. Mohamed Mounir, head of Egypt Air Commercial Division, the center is located at the company administrative complex, at Cairo Airport, and occupies 500 M2 office space. He added the center would be equipped with most modern communication facilities, operated by highly trained staff. It is scheduled for inauguration next September 2004. |
