| Description | Request of offers from eligible bidders for the supply of IUD instruments for family planning under finance from IDA - International Development Association. Qualification requirements include : (A) Financial Capability. The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following financial requirement(s) : copies of its audited financial statements (must be positive) for the past three fiscal years. (B) Experience & Technical Capacity. The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirements: A minimum level of three years experience in manufacturing / authorized agent / authorized distributor in a similar type of goods for which the invitation for Bids is issued. (C) The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that the goods it offers meet the following usage requirement & has demonstrated compliance with the international quality standards during the past two years prior to submission. A margin of preference for eligible national suppliers shall not be applied, appropriate.
