| Description | Request of offers from eligible service providers for the implementation of the action plan for the restructuring of the Federation of Egyptian Industries & its Industrial Chambers under EU funding. The action plans duration is seven months & covers all aspects in need of restructuring, such as organizational, legal & administrative. IMC is currently in the process of compiling a short list of service providers (SP) to execute the aforementioned task. Service providers must have a minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in the field of organizational/ institutional restructuring & the experience of restructuring at least one institutional organization.
