| Description | Three new international universities projects are now licensed finally by the Private Universities Board chaired by the Minister of Higher Education. They include Al Ahram Canadian University, the Egyptian British University and the Egyptian Romanian University. Licensing was based on the inspection of each project documents & buildings. Development marks a tangible expansion of the country private (international) higher education sector, strongly posed to attract more Arab and foreign students from the region. To which extent the development would consolidate chances for higher education to be placed on the country tourism map, that remains to be seen. |
