| Description | Egypt Minister of Petroleum, Eng. Sameh Fahmy, has announced that Egypt petroleum exports during FY 2003/2004 reached 18.5 million tons worth $ 4.2 billion. He added that reports of the major holding companies of the petroleum sector indicate that the said exports are projected to reach 45 million tons by year 2010. The Minister confirmed that the government is targeting to increase annual foreign investments in the sector to $ 3 billion+. |
